I worry that I might scar my children with some of the things we do around here. Noah would not let me wipe his mouth after he ate, but he would let me wipe his tongue. So for the longest time, I would ask him to let me wipe his tongue off. It got to the point he would just stick out his tongue after a meal. I didn't want him to grow up thinking everybody wipes their tongue off after eating. Needless to say, I've stopped asking for his tongue, but he still offers it occasionally. :)
I'm .5 kids short of 2.5 and I only very technically live in the 'burbs, but as much as I have tried to avoid it, my life has begun to sound like a cliche. Where am I?! How did I get here?! All I know is, this does feel like home.
